We rebuilt Master’s Workshop’s online presence and internal systems: a new ecommerce-ready website, repair intake dashboard, and automated customer updates so orders never disappear into the back room. Modern site that showcases custom pieces and services clearly; software to track repairs, special orders, and customer history; automated email/text updates so clients know where their piece is.
